Yoga for me has been the communion between dance and psychology, the union of the mental, physical, and essential aspects of every human being.
I am a Spaniard with a worldly soul. I was a very curious child, drawn to everything involving movement, creativity, and the magical. From a young age, I have loved dancing; it has been my greatest passion. I trained at the Dance Conservatory of Albacete, my hometown in Spain. I always wanted to dedicate myself to dance, but it terrified me. I saw it as a complicated and competitive world, something that didn’t quite resonate with me, as my own self-demand didn’t need any further reinforcement. With so much pressure, I never fully gave myself to it.
I had a turbulent adolescence, marked by a deep sense of self-rejection. During that period of existential crisis, I discovered my attraction to philosophy, a non-artistic subject that connected me to psychology. I graduated in psychology, emigrated to Australia, and discovered yoga, along with a lifestyle that resonated with me. I returned to Spain to complete my studies, obtained a master’s degree in health psychology, and later trained in Gestalt Therapy, where I reconnected with my passions. I started dancing again, and from that moment, I became myself once more.
I practice yoga, and during my trips to India, I trained as a yoga teacher. I currently dedicate myself to supporting people through psychology, both individually and in groups, integrating it with bodywork through movement, breathwork, and yoga.
